Came in Denver to relax and have fun, this hotel was comfortable base for doing it. The staff we met was great. A heating system, pay TV and a sitting area were a nice touch. The piano bar was a delightful surprise.
-
Check-in, check- out and airport shulltle personnel were all courteous and friendly
Possibly the worst Crowne where I hVe been, definitely not up to the standard: faded place, worn out moquettes, terrible food (Salad was brownish...), restaurant & bar personnel hardly interested: at the bar the waitress did not even come to the table and took the order from the counter as she was busy watching TV...

Large, comfortable room
I think that when a hotel is 12 miles from the airport it is not really an airport hotel!
-
The best thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful staff.
This hotel is extremely noisy, most probably because of air-conditioning machines or ventilation systems working all the time. The result is a very uncomfortable rumble that does not allow you to sleep. Not recommended for travellers looking for quiet rooms.
-
Very nice and accommodating staff, good location, good value, and highly comfortable bed and room.

Clean, warm facility with friendly staff. Breakfast menu a bit limited, but adequate. (Beware the Chilaquiles--I loved them but many American and European travelers would find them so spicy as to be inedible.) Overall a nice place to stay that was pleasantly quiet with pleasant people.
Oh dear, the architecture and design were in the spirit of that mad race to utterly uninspired conformity that afflicts lodging throughout the U.S. So much money spent for such a large atrium and building but ending up with so little beauty or interest. When its time to remodel everyone involved needs first to be shipped off to Spain to the Parador Duque de Lerma near Burgos. Its architecture and design are so simple and beautiful and breathtaking, and it would fit this building well.

Rm next door had two big dogs, barking all night long. I bought and paid for breakfasts in advance. I expected good and delicious breakfast, but buffet was bad, food was dry , there were no toast bread but dried old danishes. There also were many fly flying aroud the buffet. Too many to mention.

Conveniently located close to airport and hotel provides a very good shuttle service. Located just off the main highway in a quiet location close to some restaurants.
Breakfast was not included in the price and we paid $25 extra for this.

It was farther from the airport than I thought. Nearby restaurants were not great. More like fast food and convenience stores.
